• Search for your topic first Use the search function to check if your topic has come up before. Pay attention to the post titles, stay within the topics suggested and try not to repeat yourself.
• Pleasant and respectful behaviour: Do not forget that behind each DaWanda username is a human being with feelings. Therefore you must respect the various opinions and beliefs communicated in the forum.
• Give a hand: We all love DaWanda, so encourage each other, share your ideas, make suggestions and thus contribute to its development!
• Be Discreet: Urgent problems, questions relating to orders, Copyright, the uniqueness (or not) of items, disputes or complaints in most cases should be addressed to Feedback: feedback@dawanda.com.

Actions that are not welcome:

• Promoting or posting links to your other online stores. Please do not advertise other selling platforms.
• Any unnecessary behaviour: Insults or attacks on others, and any other serious damaging behaviour is not tolerated.
• Gossiping: the forum is not the right place to share any opinions or information in relation to a third party.
• Spreading a bad mood:Grumpy behaviour or aggressive remarks do not amuse anybody and thus are not welcome on DaWanda!
